Safe to leave Megadrum always ON ?

This might be a basic electronics question. Is it safe to leave the megadrum always ON? Will the life of the electronics die faster? I have disconnected the LCD, Menu buttons and midi ports and control it with MDM.

I have a test MegaDrum module built several years ago and it is almost always on. No signs of ill health:)
